Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: 2 – 7 business days

All domestic orders are shipped, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4PM PST Monday through Friday will typically be processed on the next available business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 2 – 3 weeks 

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with shipping date confirmation and tracking information. NYELEK does not take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEE

The consumer is responsible for all international customs and duty fees that are required. 

 

*Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation. 

Returns & Exchanges

Damages and Issues: If the purchased item arrives damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at nyelekofficial@gmail.com

  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You will need to submit a photo with proof of damages
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • All nail prep kit items must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Damages to the shipping box will not receive a refund

We do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.

 

*Due to hygiene concerns, NYELEK is unable to provide any exchanges or refunds for a different style/size. Please refer to our sizing chart and review your order carefully before making a purchase.
